How to use

A topical over-the-counter pain reliever is applied at the site of discomfort to provide temporary relief of the minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises or sprains.

When you apply Ice Plus products to sore muscles or joints, the pain reliever(s) in Ice Plus brand products work to temporarily block the perception of pain, providing relief.

No, Ice Plus creams and gels should not be used with a heating pad.

Ice Plus pain-relieving creams/gel should not be applied to wounds and damaged skin.

Ice Plus​ has multiple formats, as well as two lines of products, including the Regular and Advanced. While both lines provide effective pain relief, the Advanced products contain some of the strongest concentrations of menthol (16%) and camphor (11%). Always read and follow the label to ensure you are choosing the product that is right for you.

All Ice Plus​ products can be used on adults and children 12 years of age and older. ​
